Taking affect from January 1, 2025, Hylab will be fully operational as an independent entity. This marks the beginning of a new era, and we’re thrilled to partner with you! We would like to provide you with important information to ensure a smooth experience for your orders, both now and in the coming months.

Supplier Information
All orders and payments for soap and paper dispensers must be processed through Hylab. Please take a moment to update your systems with the relevant details below to ensure a smooth transition.

Ordering Process
Minimum Order:
The minimum order value for all Hylab orders will increase to £500.00 (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
Order Acknowledgements:
Any order acknowledgements processed this year will still be sent under the current Brightwell company. These orders will be officially transferred to Hylab starting in January.
Order Splitting for Dispensers and Dosing:
As part of Hylab’s transition to an independent entity, we are now handling orders separately from Brightwell. To ensure a smooth ordering process, dispensers and dosing products must be placed as distinct orders:
- Dispenser Orders should be sent directly to Hylab Dispensers Ltd at: orders@hylabdispensers.com
- Dosing and Dilution Orders should continue to be sent to Brightwell Dosing Ltd at: orders@brightwell.co.uk
Invoices from January onwards:
Starting in January, invoices will be raised by the new Hylab company, in line with our transition.
Shipping and Transport:
We’re committed to helping you find the most cost-effective shipping solutions. While we can consolidate shipments of Hylab and Brightwell products onto the same vehicle, please note that they will still be treated as separate shipments.
